Pilates instructor, movement mentor, and someone who believes in strengthening bodies through connection, clarity and intentional movement.

I teach Pilates between Australia and Bali, specialising in personalised sessions that help people build strength, confidence, and long-term mobility. My approach is both intelligent and grounded — blending challenge, precision, and unwavering support.

I’m trained in classical and contemporary Pilates, with additional studio equipment certification. Over the years, I’ve supported complete beginners, athletes, people returning from injury, pre- and post-natal clients, and anyone wanting structured, meaningful movement.

My goal is simple:
To help you feel strong, capable, and connected to your body.
